SMC Corporation (Chile), S.A. was founded in 1984 as a distributor of SMC products. In January 1996, SMC Chile became the 31st subsidiary of SMC Corporation.
SMC Chile is the most important industrial supplier of automatic control equipment in the country, with a market presence of 33%.
SMC Chile has national coverage through branches and/or technical advisors in 18 cities in the country. In Santiago, there is an HQ that has 3,500 square meters, in which there is a commercial office, central warehouse, production center and the technology center.
The SMC Chile production center assembles the CA, C96, CP96, C85, C55 series cylinders and imports all other product lines from different subsidiaries around the world to satisfy the Chilean market.
